Small number of seats and sponsorship opportunities available for Bacta Charitable Trust Black Tie Summer Ball

As the industry prepares to set the Sat Nav for the Forest of Arden Country Club, venue of the 2024 Bacta Charitable Trust Black Tie Summer Ball (28 June), Trust Chairman Steve Hawkins has reminded the industry that a limited number of seats are available for those wishing to be part of the biggest social event of the year.

In a message to Bacta members Steve said: “We just wanted to let members now that there are still tickets available if you haven’t booked already.” He continued: “You don’t have to buy a table, you can come with a partner or a friend, or even on your own and share a table with other guests, tickets are selling separately at £150 per person to include a four-course dinner and entertainment throughout the evening.

In order to raise funds for the Charitable Trust during the evening, we are also looking for quality Auction/Raffle prizes. If you have something you would like to donate then this would be fantastic and very much appreciated.”

Companies can also become a sponsor with opportunities ranging from £200 through to £1,000 with all proceeds going to the Bacta Charitable Trust. Questions and enquiries should go to  Steve.Hawkins@sxleisure.co.uk
