The 2023 bacta Convention which is taking place on November 22nd at London’s County Hall is capturing the imagination of the industry with the trade association confirming sponsorship support from Blueprint Operations, Crown Leisure, Inspired, Light and Wonder, Sega Amusements Europe and Novomatic UK.  The news comes just one week after bacta announced that delegate registrations to participate in the Convention were 40 percent higher than recorded at the same stage last year.
Bacta Chief Executive John White believes the repositioning of the Convention from being a traditional trade association event to a more dynamic content-driven meeting of the industry has succeeded in elevating the experience for attendees and also helped attract thought leaders to speak at the event.  
He stated: “We’ve made huge strides in our endeavours to make the Convention a ‘must attend’ for bacta members. Building on the success of last year’s event, which was regarded as being the best for many years, we’ve adopted the ‘Shaping the Future’ theme and worked hard to attract really influential thought leaders such as the Minister for Gambling, The Rt Hon Stuart Andrew MP, Kate Nicholls Chief Executive UKHospitality, Michael Dugher, CEO Betting and Gaming Council, Andrew Rhodes CEO UK Gambling Commission, Miles Baron CEO Bingo Association and Ed Dew from the Bank of England who will be discussing the future of cash.”
