Bacta Summer Ball ‘tripping the light fandango’ in aid of the Charitable Trust

Bacta Charitable Trust Chairman Steve Hawkins is clearly an extremely accomplished fundraiser and true to form he spent his time in the sunshine at last week’s Park Avenue Open Day raising money for deserving causes including the bacta nominated charity Rays of Sunshine.
Fresh from organising the Bacta Golf Day which smashed all targets and is close to breaking through the £180,000 figure, Steve’s focus is now on his next project, the Bacta Summer Ball taking place on 30th June at the Forest of Arden.
Steve has a number of strategic sponsorship opportunities available alongside a small number of places at the Dinner which are priced at £150 per person.
Sponsorships that are available include the Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception, Table Gift, Comedian, Dinner Brochure/Menu, Floral Table Decorations and the Evening Snacks.
Steve confirmed: “We are expecting the Ball to be a great success and for it to become an annual event on the calendar for bacta members and their guests.”
As well as organising the event, the Trust has negotiated a special discounted rate for hotel rooms at £156 for a double with breakfast, but Hawkins noted “these are limited so please ensure you contact me to reserve your room.”
The Trust is also looking for auction prizes to raise funds for the Charitable Trust during the evening.
“If you have something you could donate – this would be fantastic. For example, use of a holiday home, access to a sporting event or a desirable item.”
