Bacta’s response to the death of Sir David Amess MP

14th October 2021 – PRESS RELEASE

Sir David Amess MP was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Whatever your politics, he was courteous and listened to what you had to say. As a seaside MP he championed bacta’s causes and we were looking forward to seeing him at our Parliamentary Reception next month. His death is a personal tragedy and deeply felt across our democracy. RIP David.
