COVID-19 UPDATE – STOP PRESS

Scotland – Further to the news in my previous Update we have just had an urgent call with the Scottish Government.  We are told that the inclusion of amusement arcades in the list of venues to close under level 2 is wrong and they will work over the weekend to correct the legislation if they can.  Local Authorities have apparently been advised that we are allowed open in Level 2.  Whilst the legislation says otherwise it would seem safe to stay open on Monday if you are in a Level 2 area.  Please let me know if you are told to close so I can take this up directly with the SG.

I would ask you to hold off on any letter to your MSPs just for now. 

I will hopefully have more news on Monday.
