| For the next four Fridays, the CBI will be dedicating its webinar series to discussing race and inclusion, to help businesses take action and tackle racial inequality.
Join Dame Carolyn Fairbairn (Director-General, CBI), Lord Karan Bilimoria CBE, DL (President, CBI), and John Amaechi OBE (Chief Executive and Founder, Amaechi Performance) for a discussion on the issues of race and equality in the workplace, including insights on:
· How businesses can take a stand against racial injustice, and set out the steps needed to drive change internally – from convening staff to discuss racial issues, to reviewing hiring processes and ethnicity pay gap reporting · How UK firms are already taking action to ensure equality of opportunity, and increase BAME representation · The importance of an inclusive post-COVID recovery, and how the business community can help influence government and shape policies that promote equity, and reduce inequality.
